Seeing how complicated systems, unclear requirements, and delays were holding builders back.   Jason set out to create a business focused on helping our local builders obtain what they deserved.    A business that was on the  builders team one they could trust, one that gave honest clear advice and had extensive expert knowledge.  People that know Jason would know he is a genuine man, a man of his word, integrity is everything to him.  So the most important factor was to deliver what he promised.
